Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspection of plastic parts
- Visual inspection of interior parts for the automotive industry
- Perform inspections on incoming supplier shipments, production line parts, and final products to ensure all standards of quality are being met
- Ensure that all appropriate reporting documents are completed accurately and by the required deadline
- Identify and troubleshoot problems and defects on products
- Ability to work self-sufficiently as well as be a team player
- Comfortability working in either fast-paced or more detail-oriented environments
- Flexibility will be important; inspectors will rotate between a 7-day work week
- Ability read and write in English
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Experience with the following:
- Quality
- Warehouse
- Production
- Standing for 8 to 10 hours
- Twisting, bending, or squatting when necessary
