  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

🔍 What You’ll Do as a QC Line Tech

  • Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments
  • Document findings accurately and promptly
  • Communicate quality issues to supervisors and line leads
  • Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements
  • Use lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
  • Maintain traceability and correct labeling of materials on the line

Requirements

📋 What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
  • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
  • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
