YOUR ROLE AS OUR QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER- SUPERINTENDENT
You'll be on-site, handling the essential matters that keep our jobs on track and our business profitable. Communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be vital as you guide field teams in completing high-quality work on schedule. Safety is crucial, and you'll make sure every crew member follows all protocols. You can expect to:
- Closely oversee others' work to ensure it meets quality standards, fulfills client expectations, and aligns with technical plans and drawings
- Lead regular team meetings, assign tasks, prepare look-aheads, and complete safety reports and other job documentation
- Create schedules and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and crew members
- Solve problems, address safety issues, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to make sure we complete excellent work while meeting all timelines
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 5+ years of experience in construction site management or quality control
- Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases
- USACE CQM certification
- Completion of a 30-hour OSHA class
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
- 7+ years of experience - preferred
