Quality Control Manager
Location: Cheyenne, WY
A respected, employee-owned commercial general contractor is looking to add a Quality Control Manager to its growing team. This company has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects while maintaining a culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and promoting from within.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee project-specific Quality Control Plans.
- Ensure all construction activities meet contract requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
- Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate testing and documentation.
- Identify deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify successful resolution.
- Partner closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams to maintain quality throughout construction.
- Prepare and maintain all required quality control reports, logs, and project documentation.
- Lead pre-installation meetings and quality planning efforts.
- Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and final inspections.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction quality control experience.
- Experience on federal, healthcare, higher education, municipal, or other complex commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
