Job Description

Lead with quality. Grow with Rosina.We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to join our night shift team (5pm–5am) at our West Seneca facility. If you're ready to lead on the floor, drive food safety, and coach a strong team—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spend 70% of your time on the production floor leading QC Inspectors

  • Conduct GMP, ATP, allergen, and sanitation swab checks

  • Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams

  • Interact with USDA and regulatory personnel during audits

  • Review daily records in SafetyChain and Smartfood Safe

  • Manage training in Absorb and scheduling/timecards in UKG

  • Lead investigations for complaints or food safety deviations

  • Oversee environmental monitoring (APC, Zone 2/3 swabs)

  • Drive continuous improvement and coach for food safety culture

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • 2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing QC/QA or supervisory role

  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA standards

  • Familiarity with SafetyChain, Smartfood Safe, UKG preferred

  • Solid leadership, coaching, and floor presence

  • Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in cold, loud, and humid environments

  • Use of smell, sight, and taste daily for quality assurance
