R&D Technician (Nutraceuticals)Location: Lindon, UTComp: $60K$62K DOE + BenefitsPosition SummarySeeking an R&D Technician to support the development and scale-up of dietary supplement products. This role works cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Production, and Regulatory to ensure formulations meet cGMP and FDA standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with formulation of powders, capsules, and tabletsConduct lab testing (pH, moisture, stability, etc.)Maintain batch records, specs, and documentationReview raw materials (COAs/MSDS) for complianceSupport pilot runs and production scale-upTroubleshoot formulation and process issuesPrepare samples for internal and client useMaintain lab cleanliness and equipmentQualificationsBachelors in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related1+ year R&D experience (internships welcome)Knowledge of cGMP & FDA regulationsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periodsPreferred:Experience with formulation, testing, or scale-upFamiliarity with flavor systems or TraceGainsSkillsStrong communication & documentationProficient in MS OfficeAble to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
