Job Title: Electrical Quality EngineerOverview
We are seeking an Electrical Quality Engineer to support the integration, validation, and quality assurance of electrical systems across the product lifecycle. This role will focus on ensuring that electrical components, wiring systems, and integrated electronics meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in complex electrical systems within manufacturing, marine, aerospace, or defense environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality and compliance across electrical systems including wiring, harnessing, control systems, and integrated electronicsSupport inspection and validation of electrical installations, routing, and system integrationPartner with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve electrical quality issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for electrical nonconformancesReview and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specificationsSupport testing and validation activities, including system-level functional testing and troubleshootingEnsure adherence to applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and industry requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on electrical system reliability and performanceMaintain documentation, reporting, and traceability for electrical quality processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in electrical quality, electrical engineering, or related roles in manufacturing, marine, aerospace, or defense environmentsStrong understanding of electrical systems including wiring, harnessing, control systems, and integrationExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and specificationsFamiliarity with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation processesKnowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety requirementsStrong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindsetExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyBenefitsComprehensive medical insurance coverageDental and vision insurance, including routine and specialized careEmployer-covered premiums for employees and significant contribution for dependentsPaid time off and holidaysRetirement savings optionsOpportunities for professional development and career advancement
