Job Description
Essential Functions
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support all supplier qualification and maintenance activities as it pertains to Quality, such as Curbell's supplier approval process, generating NCR's, Customer Complaint resolution, and Supplier Corrective Actions.
- Support and promote Curbell's ISO certified Quality Management System at all branch locations. Continue to develop compliant branches and help them achieve ISO certification as business needs are determined.
- Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- Support organization with appropriate work instructions, gage studies, test plans and calibration. Provide additional administrative and compliance related support.
- Facilitate problem solving teams and respond to customer discrepancy notices. Verify corrective actions and prepare problem solving customer correspondence related to quality concerns or issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
