Quality Engineer

Hiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards within a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality control processes and inspection procedures

Investigate quality issues and lead root cause/corrective action efforts

Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality concerns

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 

Experience with quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processes

Knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methods

Lean Six Sigma or ASQ certifications are a plus

The ideal candidate will have:

· A bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or related field)

· At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
