They are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their growing team and play a critical role in maintaining world-class quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.This is a highly visible position that works closely with Production, Engineering, Customers, and Suppliers to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations while driving continuous quality improvements. The ideal candidate enjoys solving manufacturing quality issues, working directly with customers, and implementing long-term corrective actions rather than simply reacting to problems.Why join us?

Job DetailsResponsibilitiesSupport customer and supplier quality activities throughout the manufacturing process.Lead Root Cause Analysis using methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Why.Complete PPAPs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and other Automotive Core Tools documentation.Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability.Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.Perform mechanical inspections utilizing CMMs, optical comparators, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.Conduct supplier audits and support customer scorecards.Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve manufacturing quality and reduce defects.Support new product launches and APQP activities.Help mentor Quality Inspectors and Technicians while serving as a technical resource across the plant.Qualifications2+ years of Automotive Quality Engineering experienceExperience within automotive manufacturingStrong knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and other Automotive Core ToolsExperience working directly with customers and suppliersAbility to interpret blueprints and GD&TStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperiencePlastic or rubber manufacturingInjection moldingAutomotive sealing systemsCMM and Optical Comparator experienceIATF 16949ASTM StandardsAPQPSupplier QualityStatistical analysis and capability studiesThis is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to make a measurable impact within a growing automotive manufacturing organization that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Interested in hearing more?
