- * Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and standards
- * Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- * Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements for quality compliance
- * Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits
- * Analyze quality data, track trends, and report on defects, scrap, and process performance
- * Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes
- * Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- * Create and maintain quality documentation (control plans, inspection procedures, work instructions)
- * Oversee regulatory and environmental compliance reporting (including air, chemical, and wastewater programs)
- * Manage internal calibration systems to meet third-party audit requirements
- * Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- * 2+ years of experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- * Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, or similar standards
- * Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.)
- * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- * Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- * Comfortable supporting multiple shifts or production schedules as needed
- * Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality-related software systems
- * CQE or similar certification
- * Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
- * Familiarity with SPC, PPAP, APQP, and MSA methodologies
- * Background in industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments
