Job Description

Lead root cause analysis using structured methods (8D, A3, 5-Why, DMAIC)Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and statistical process controls
Partner with engineering and production to implement preventative quality solutions
Manage supplier quality, including audits, SCARs, and capability improvement

Strong background in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
Hands-on experience with SPC, process capability, and measurement systems analysis
Proven experience managing supplier quality, audits, and PPAP processes
Familiarity with FMEA, control plans, and ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
Ability to analyze and interpret data using Excel or statistical tools (Minitab preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyBachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) required
Six Sigma or ASQ certification preferred
