Quality Engineer (m/w/d) Defense

Standort: Böblingen

Als Quality Engineer (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kunden-, Lieferanten- und internen Qualität sowie für die Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Kunden-, Lieferanten- und interne Qualität entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen sowie Durchführung nachhaltiger Ursachenanalysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits, Erstbemusterungen, Produkt- und Prozessfreigaben
Analyse und Überwachung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung von Produktneueinführungen und Serienanläufen unter Anwendung gängiger Qualitätsmethoden
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems sowie Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens
Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und -werkzeuge (z. B. APQP, PPAP, etc.)
Auditorenqualifikation von Vorteil
Selbstständige, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
