Wir suchen einen Quality Engineer, der/die unser Team am Standort Nürnberg verstärkt.

In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für:

Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

  • Ansprechperson für Kunden

  • Durchführung von Analysen (mit Qualitätswerkzeugen), Rückverfolgbarkeit und Korrekturmaßnahmen

  • Erstellung des 8D-Reports

  • Verfolgung der Maßnahmen des 8D-Reports, Wirksamkeitsprüfung und Abschluss

  • Betreuung von Kundenaudits oder externen Abnahmen

Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen

  • Ansprechperson für Lieferanten

  • Durchführung von Rückverfolgbarkeit und Korrekturmaßnahmen

  • Bewertung des 8D-Reports des Lieferanten

  • Nachverfolgung von Aktionsplänen

  • Umsetzung operativer Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lieferantenqualität

  • Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits

Bearbeitung interner Qualitätsprobleme

  • Tägliche Prüfung der gesperrten Mengen

  • Bearbeitung von Fehlerberichten im Fehlerberichtstool

  • Erstellung von Auswertungen

  • Schulung von Mitarbeitern

  • Durchführung von 6S- und Quick-Process-Audits sowie Gemba Walks

  • Auditbetreuung und Zertifizierungen durch externe 3rd partys.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Bevorzugt Studium oder Techniker in einem relevanten technischen oder elektrischen Bereich

  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch

  • Gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse

  • SAP-, SharePoint- und Teams-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Produktion

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team based in Nürnberg.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Processing of customer complaints

  • Contact person for customers

  • Execution of analyses (using quality tools), traceability, and corrective actions

  • Creation of the 8D report

  • Follow-up of the 8D report measures, effectiveness check, and completion

  • Support of customer audits or external approvals

Processing of supplier complaints

  • Contact person for suppliers

  • Execution of traceability and corrective actions

  • Evaluation of the supplier's 8D report

  • Follow-up of action plans

  • Implementation of operational measures to ensure and continuously improve supplier quality

  • Execution of supplier audits

Processing of internal quality issues

  • Daily inspection of blocked quantities

  • Processing of error reports in the error reporting tool

  • Creation of evaluations

  • Training of employees

  • Execution of 6S and Quick Process Audits as well as Gemba Walks

  • Audit support and certifications by external 3rd parties.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Preferably a degree or technician qualification in a relevant technical or electrical field

  • Professional experience in an industrial environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Good Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Teams is an advantage

  • Experience dealing with customers, suppliers, and production
