Lead investigations into nonconforming products, implementing containment strategies and root cause corrective actions
Own and monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) metrics to support performance and improvement initiatives
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to address quality concerns and present solutions
Review and approve critical compliance documentation, including FAI and End Item Data PackagesParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and operational performance
Conduct and support internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Mentor and support junior quality engineers, fostering team capability and development

Bachelor's degree preferred (experience can substitute); advanced degree advantageous
Strong background in quality systems, audits, inspection processes, and compliance standards
Proven experience leading corrective action initiatives and driving process improvements
Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Leadership or mentorship experience within a quality or engineering team
