As such this position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide; ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

The QIA II is a full-time remote position in Alaska. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 7 year of experience with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-60%. The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 a year.
