QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MANAGER - SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, PENNSAUKEN, NJ
SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCES, INC. (SJBHR), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which may qualify for public service loan forgiveness, is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services since 1984. SJBHR is currently seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Manager. We offer a robust benefits and time off package.
Under the direction of the Executive Director or other executive, the Quality Improvement (QI) Manager, coordinates the collection, evaluation and dissemination of quality improvement/assurance activities and information agency wide. In addition, the QI Manager organizes, directs and coordinates the agency's compliance efforts for licensure and governmental standards and develops and maintains data and evaluation systems to track outcomes.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) exempt position. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9a-5p.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college/university with a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related discipline and two (2) years' experience in the mental health field, one (1) year which includes the monitoring and/or evaluation of clinical records and programs.
