Job Description
Enventure is seeking a Quality Management System Consultant to support our QHSSE initiatives and elevate performance across our global operations.As a key contributor, you will help shape and implement best‑in‑class QAQC and HSE systems, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and safety.What You’ll Do:
- Help QHSSE Director lead operational implementation and compliance of QHSSE strategies, initiatives, procedures, and policies.
- Support the development of an integrated Quality & HSE Management System.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a participative QHSSE culture.
- Facilitate audits, compliance activities, and quality performance benchmarking.
- Advise on product design for quality assurance and early issue detection.
- Help build tracking systems for component usage and performance insights.
- Lead and support investigations into customer quality issues and corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers and vendors on QHSSE matters, including tenders and audits.
- Assist in reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of combined Quality & HSE experience, with at least 5 years in oilfield services / O&G.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI benchmarking.
- Experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective action processes.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CQE, ASQ, ISO auditor, NEBOSH) are a plus.
