Job Description

My client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems, elevate process excellence, and guide a skilled QA team in the automotive sector. In this role, you'll shape quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted partner to both customers and suppliers.

Description

Own, lead, and continuously improve the company's quality management system
Analyze production data to set measurable, impactful quality goals
Apply dimensional measurement, SPC, and GD&T tools to maintain rigorous standards
Lead, mentor, and elevate the Quality Assurance team
Serve as the quality voice for customers and champion supplier quality performance

Profile

5-10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 protocols.
Hands‑on expertise with SPC, GD&T, and dimensional measurement tools
Prior experience managing or mentoring quality teams
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field preferred
