This opening is due to the previous Quality Manager retiring. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with Quality Control and Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing. You will be reporting to the General Manager but working closely with the Sr. Engineering Manager and Sr. Supply chain Manager. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
• 3+ years of Quality experience
• Manufacturing Industry experience, Fabrication, Welding, and/or CNC-Automatics Industry
• Must have experience with hands on problem solving, process documentation, training, & a layered quality auditing process
• Previous experience successfully implementing & training in Lean Manufacturing tools
• Proven knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• If you have a Six Sigma (Green Belt or Higher) - that is a PLUS!
