Step Into Leadership In A Precision Machining EnvironmentDirect impact on shop floor quality and customer satisfaction

About Our ClientOur client is a growing precision manufacturer supplying aerospace, industrial, and defense markets. They are known for tight tolerances, complex parts, and a strong commitment to quality systems and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionSupervise quality inspectors, engineers, and technicians

Oversee inspection processes and measurement systems

Support and lead audits (internal, customer, and certification)Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO standards

Review and interpret engineering drawings and GD&TPartner with production to resolve quality issues

Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of inspection tools and techniques

Ability to read blueprints and GD&TKnowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001Preferred:CNC machining or aerospace industry experienceCMM experience
