AIM OF JOB |
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products or services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves coordinating and implementing quality control processes and meeting ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to improve overall product/service quality. |
JOB DESCRIPTION |
1. Quality Control: · Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products/services meet specified standards. · Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement. · Collaborate with production or service delivery teams to address quality issues promptly. 2. Documentation and Reporting: · Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and other relevant documentation. · Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. · Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for corrective actions. 3. Training and Education: · Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and procedures. · Work with teams to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to quality control processes. 4. Process Improvement: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. · Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency. 5. Customer Feedback: · Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. · Liaise with customer support teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions. 6. Regulatory Compliance: · Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to quality, specifically ISO 9001 · Ensure that the organization's processes and products comply with relevant quality standards and regulations. 7. Collaboration: · Work closely with production, engineering, and other relevant departments to address quality issues and drive improvements. · Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve common quality goals.
