Job Description

Fragrance distribution company seeks Quality/Supply Chain Tech to inspect shipments of cologne and perfume, oversee supply chain issues, and communicate with vendors/3PMs. This will start part-time (30 hours) for the first few weeks, and will quickly move to a full-time 40 hour day shift schedule. Salary depends on experience. This is a temp-to-hire or direct-hire position. This position is eligible for RJ-Staffing bonus pay while temp. If permanent and full-time, company offers health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and PTO.

Responsibilities:

Perform QA/QC inspections of fragrance, cologne, and perfume
Ensure there are no manufacturer defects or issues with product
Document any defects or issues in accordance with compliance standards
Communicate with third party manufacturers and other vendors related to shipping, defects, and other work flow processes
Log necessary reports into computer system
Prepare materials for shipment after quality analysis has been performed
