Job Description
Quality TechShift: 3rd, (11pm-7am)Pay: $21/hr. (Based on experience)We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in metrology and plastic injection molding who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.Job Description:
- Select appropriate metrology equipment and gaging to optimize efficiency and throughput
- Assist with fixture design or coordinate external contracting
- Balloon part prints and maintain proper documentation
- Perform gage calibration and Gage R&R studies
- Program and operate vision-based and touch probe measurement systems including Hexagon CMM, OGP SmartScope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, and OGP TurnCheck
- Perform measurements using traditional tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gages
- Complete written documentation and label finished products accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors
