Quality Technician Urgently hiring in Oxford!Job Title: Quality TechnicianPay: $22-$28 (DOE)Hours: Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-2:00AMStart Date: ASAPLooking for a career where your attention to detail can make an impact? In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while working alongside production and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.As a Quality Technician, you'll inspect materials and finished products, perform quality checks, document findings, and help support continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.What You'll Do As a Quality Technician, you will:
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products for quality and accuracy.*
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.*
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.*
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.*
- Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership.*
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements.*
- Maintain and verify inspection equipment as needed.
- Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.*
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.*
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.*
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.*
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.*
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
