Job Description

Quality Technician | Multiple shifts availableStarting Pay: $18-20/hr, Depending on experience

1st shift- Mon-Thur 6a- 3:30p, Fri 6a-10a;

2nd shift- Mon-Thurs 2p-12:30a or Mon-Fri 2p-10:30p plus Pay Differential!

Are you a detail-oriented, result-driven manufacturing professional? If so, this position is for you! A local, well-established company in Orange City is looking for Quality Technicians to join their growing team. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, and will be responsible for performing quality control inspections, checks and tests during the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Perform and record inspections and tests of in process or final parts and processes using calipers, gauges, and other measuring and visual tools.
Actively participate in the company's Zero Defects program.
Validate CMM programs, troubleshooting, and analysis of rejects and failures.
Perform FAI Inspections in facility or in inspection department for manufactured components.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field is a plus.
1-3 years related manufacturing experience. GD&T experience a plus.
Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Have excellent hand dexterity and coordination; ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for entire shift.
