Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Contract to Hire Cleanroom Quality Technician. The Cleanroom Quality Technician supports the QA/RA Manager in maintaining quality standards within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role performs inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages, while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment in a regulated manufacturing setting
- Follow ISO13485 and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections (receiving, in-process, final)
- Review cleanroom monitoring and cleaning records for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate quality concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with investigations and corrective actions
- Create inspection templates and maintain records using Microsoft Office
- Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials
- Support proper cleanroom operations (gowning and PPE required)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with ISO13485 or similar quality systems preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with required garments and PPE
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
