Job Description

Job Title: Quality Technician - NCE Investigation Location: Newark, DE Duration: 12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Technician with 3 4 years of experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environments, preferably within the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Non-Conformance Event (NCE) Investigations, quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to support compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and support Non-Conformance Event (NCE) investigations
  • Document, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues in accordance with established procedures
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA
  • Review manufacturing and quality records to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Support product and process quality improvements through data collection and trend analysis
  • Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality system activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and investigation records
  • Assist with complaint investigations, deviations, and quality reporting activities as required

Required Qualificatio

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3 4 years of experience as a Quality Technician or in a related quality role.
  • Experience conducting NCE (Non-Conformance Event) investigations.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation practices.
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools and CAPA processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
