Requirements for Quality Tester:

Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Ability to understand LEAN principles
Basic math and computer skills
Strong work ethic
Superior attendance record

Responsibilities for Quality Tester:

Monitor daily adherence to quality standards and procedures
Audit finished products for accuracy and compliance
Investigate assembly defects and assist with corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
