DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training and education programs that support product launches, product improvements, new hire onboarding, regional training, provider education, event training, and technical resource development
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Lead the development, administration, and monitoring of technical training programs for internal teams, technical representatives, regional teams, providers, and event partnersManage AI development initiatives related to technical training, knowledge management, troubleshooting resources, content development, and training delivery improvementsSupport Viva Engage-related technical training, documentation, content development, and education coordination as neededServe as a management liaison between Technical Training, Research & Development (R&D), Quality, Clinical Education, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Technical Service to align training content, product information, field feedback, and technical messagingCoordinate with R&D and Quality to ensure technical training materials reflect current product design, quality updates, service procedures, change orders, and product improvement initiativesCollaborate with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Service to create organized, clear, and consistent methods for delivering materials, resources, and messaging across the organizationDevelop, organize, and maintain technical training materials, including new videos, PowerPoints, technical guides, product start guides, electronic case examples, troubleshooting resources, technical reference materials, and other product support resourcesBuild and maintain a technical video library and technical guide library to support ongoing education, field readiness, provider training, onboarding, and self-service learningParticipate in trade shows, provider events, regional meetings, internal training events, and industry events when appropriate; provide product and technical support to Sales, Clinical Education, and field teams as neededCoordinate materials, products, equipment, and resources needed for technical training, provider education, trade shows, on-site events, demonstrations, and internal training programsEstablish strong relationships with providers, clinicians, technical representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure company products, training programs, and technical resources are effective, respected, and aligned with field needs Focus on continuous improvement, demonstrate good business judgment, and identify opportunities to improve training delivery, content quality, technical resources, and field support effectiveness Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary.REQUIRED SKILLS

At least 5 years of experience creating technical training materials, product guides, video content, LMS courses, onboarding materials, presentations, and field-ready technical resources for Complex Rehab Technology mobility productsAt least 5 years of experience directly engaging clinicians in a professional, informative manner regarding the technical features, applications, and benefits of Complex Rehab Technology mobility productsAt least 5 years of experience supporting product launches, product improvements, technical service processes, regional training, provider training, or event-based trainingAt least 5 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employeesPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience using AI tools or supporting AI-enabled training, knowledge management, or content development initiatives preferredAt least 1 year of experience with hands-on mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting preferredAt least 1 year of experience managing, coordinating, and leading projects from initiation through delivery inclusive of scope, quality, schedule, resources, and risk preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in an industry related field, OR an Associate Degree in an industry related field with at least 6 years of the required experience, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of the required experiencePREFERRED EDUCATION
