Job Title: Quick Lube Technician / Oil Change Tech – Bob Bell Hyundai
Location: Glen Burnie, MDJob Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Automotive Service Department
Bob Bell Hyundai is actively hiring Quick Lube Technicians, Lube Techs, and Oil Change Technicians to join our high-volume, fast-paced automotive service center in Glen Burnie, MD. As part of the Bob Bell Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated dealership with over 40 years of success, we offer a career path—not just a job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and vehicle inspections
- Rotate, repair, and replace tires
- Install new batteries, air filters, and wiper blades
- Conduct multi-point inspections
- Test drive vehicles to identify basic issues
- Assist certified technicians with minor repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and shop procedures
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in automotive or quick lube services preferred (but not required)
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Must own a basic set of tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic equipment is a plus
