Sales Group

Identifies and establishes relationships with new customers and/or manages and builds relationships with existing customers. Provides internal and external technical and/or customer support in the development and application of products, processing techniques and resolution of problems.

Sales Operations

Provides operational support to Sales Management. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.

Professional with working knowledge and experience within own discipline and developing understanding of related disciplines, completing specialized tasks under moderate supervision.

• Requires experience and knowledge in own job discipline and basic understanding of related job disciplines gained through on the job experience or advanced education.
• Continues to build knowledge about the organization, processes and customers.
• May provide informal guidance to newer team members.
• Has regular, moderate impact on own work team.
• Builds the ability to influence others.
• Applies existing guidelines and policies under a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments about resolving problems.

Quote Specialist Skills:

• Minimum Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
• Knowledge of costing processes and quoting is preferred
• High level of managing multiple tasks and organization required
• Sales experience is a plus
• Technical background not required, but a plus
• Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously while completing tasks
• Strong communication skills
