  • Monitor and maintain milestone and activity dates, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across functional and integrated plans.
  • Develop and support scenario planning and strategic portfolio modeling as program strategies evolve.
  • Generate portfolio reports and analytics that support governance reviews, executive decision-making, financial planning exercises, and resource forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Resource Management, Portfolio Strategy & Analytics, Finance, HR, and IT teams to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including activity-based planning, automated resource forecasting, risk integration, dashboard development, and enhanced portfolio management capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in portfolio planning tools and processes, helping maximize the value of planning systems and new platform capabilities.

Who You Are

You are a highly analytical and collaborative planning professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced R&D environment. You enjoy translating large amounts of cross-functional information into clear, actionable plans and are passionate about delivering accurate data that drives business decisions. You build strong partnerships across functions and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills
