Job Description
Duties:• Design electro-mechanical assemblies, machined parts, sheet metal component parts and corrugated/foam packaging• Define mechanical constraints for PCBAs• Perform tolerance stackup analysis• Create fabrication drawings, parts lists and assembly drawings• FEA and thermal analysis• Source off the shelf components• Interface with suppliers and Keysight operations to address DFM & DFA issues• Assemble and validate prototype assemblies• Create change orders in Agile MRP system• Attend project team meetings
Skills:• Proficient with Solidworks 3D CAD and simulation tools• Possesses understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining• Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams• Experienced with GD&T• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools• Basic knowledge of PCB fabrication and design guidelines• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a plus• Experience with Agile a plus
