The business is hiring out of growth and needs an R&D expert to drive new product launches.Job DescriptionLead the execution of product launches, transfers, and change management projects.Assess project feasibility, impact, and implementation requirements.Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery.Develop project plans, launch strategies, and implementation timelines.Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive corrective actions when needed.Support continuous improvement, Lean, and process optimization initiatives.Ensure adherence to project governance and standardized systems.Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and regulatory teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
