Job Description
ONSITE/Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance Post Start Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Designs hardware, software and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs. Required Skill sets: -Familiar with configuration management -Experience with Hardware in the loop testing -Familiar with 1553 data bus and 429 data bus -Hardware auditing or audit processes -Willingness to support second shift on occasion (3 pm -12 am) Education: Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, com Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
