This role is responsible for preparing, cleaning, identifying, and racking parts for anodizing and other chemical processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.The ideal Racker is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.Required Experience & Skills Ability to read and comprehend American English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable attendance REQUIRED Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Previous racking and unracking experience preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Read and understand work order requirements Identify parts using printed and electronic references Solvent-clean production parts prior to chemical processing Rack parts for anodizing operations and other chemical processes Prepare parts for Alkaline Clean, Conversion Coat, Pickling, and Passivation processes Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when properly certified Use weight scales to verify quantities and production counts Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Chemical Process area according to Ultraclean/6S standards Handle customer-supplied products with care Maintain quality standards that meet and exceed customer expectations Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or trainersPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in chemical processing, racking, or manufacturing environments Forklift certification or experience Experience working with production tracking systems High school diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels Ability to safely wear required PPE, including eye, ear, and foot protectionWork Environment Aerospace manufacturing and chemical processing environment Exposure to production equipment, chemicals, and industrial processes Fast-paced setting focused on quality, safety, and efficiency Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for growth and advancementWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Three-day work week with full weekend schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to gain aerospace manufacturing experience Stable work environment with growth potential Competitive pay and consistent hoursReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
