Join Our Team as a Rad Tech-Cath/IR and Make a Critical Impact in Cardiac Care!We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist specializing in Cath/IR procedures to join our multidisciplinary team. In this pivotal role, you will operate advanced cardiac imaging equipment, assist physicians during complex procedures, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. Your expertise will contribute directly to diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases, making a difference in patient outcomes every day.What You Need to Succeed:

• Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an allied health professional in a cath/IR setting
• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification and registration with ARRT
• Valid state licensure in radiologic sciences
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with diagnostic fluoroscopy systems, PACS, and telecommunication software
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and patient care protocols
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 availability, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with quality control, equipment maintenance, and advanced imaging techniques
• Familiarity with hospital radiation safety protocols and electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual abilities or other languages to enhance patient interactions

Preferred Educational & Experience Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology environment

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and imaging radiation
• Capable of medium physical work, including moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds and performing patient transfers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-stress healthcare setting with possible on-call responsibilities
• Valid licensure and certifications must be maintained and kept up to date

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $64.50
• Day shift, 8 hours per shift
