• Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cath lab or interventional radiology setting
• Active ARRT registration and state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, digital imaging, PACS, and healthcare software
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations professionally
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with quality control and equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring
• Prior exposure to cardiac or vascular procedures
• Additional certifications such as Cardiovascular Technology or specialized radiologic credentials

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a cath lab or interventional radiology environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to assist with patient preparation and post-procedure cleanup
• Ability to adapt to a diverse patient population with sensitivity and professionalism
• Ability to perform medium physical work involving lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds as needed
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local radiation and safety regulations
