The schedule: • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM • No nights. No weekends. Predictable, balanced lifestyle.

The technology: Committed to delivering state-of-the-art cancer care: • Recently upgraded to Eclipse Treatment Planning System • Implemented ARIA Electronic Medical Records • Varian 2100 currently in place • Planned acquisition of Varian TrueBeam within 12-18 months • Open to physicians specializing in Brachytherapy

The program has the patient volume to support growth, and the current physician plans to remain full-time alongside the incoming physicianensuring a smooth transition and collegial partnership.

Compensation and benefits: • $573,000+ base salary guarantee, higher for more experience • wRVU (regional median)• Up to 6% performance incentive once on RVU model • Large recruitment incentive (negotiable)• 6 weeks paid time off • CME allowance plus 1 week off
