Radiation Therapist Radiology / CardiologyJoin our dedicated healthcare team as a Radiation Therapist specializing in Radiology and Cardiology, and make a vital impact on patient care. In this role, you will work closely with medical professionals to deliver precise radiation treatments, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients undergoing radiological and cardiological procedures. Valid LA State Radiation Therapist license
ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT T)
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong understanding of radiological and cardiological treatment protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced radiation therapy equipment
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Prior experience in high-volume hospital settings
Additional certifications in specialized radiation techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy, Radiologic Sciences, or related field
At least 2 years of professional radiation therapy experience in a clinical setting

Other Requirements:

Willingness to participate in emergency response initiatives, including potential assignment to emergency teams with flexible pay implications
Ability to work Day shifts from 07:00 to 17:30, with possible hours flexing based on patient volumes
Travel reimbursements and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable
