Job Description

Radiation Therapy TechJoin our dedicated healthcare team as a Radiation Therapy Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional cancer care. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapy Technician or in a similar specialty
Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment and supportive technology
Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and compliance standards
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under supervision and within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques
Familiarity with treatment planning systems
Prior experience in a cancer center or hospital setting
Additional certifications relevant to radiation therapy

Preferred Education and Experience:

Certification as a Radiation Therapist or related licensure
Relevant associate or bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in cancer treatment or radiation therapy

Other Requirements:

This role requires candidates to be within 50 miles of the location
Schedule: 8:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Contract duration: 13 weeks
The position involves travel-related reimbursements where applicable
Must possess or obtain necessary licensure and certifications before start
