Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy Current BLS certification Registered Radiation Therapist credential Proficient in using Cerner and other radiation oncology software Strong attention to detail and patient care Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques Familiarity with patient management in a cancer center setting Additional certifications in radiation oncology or related fields Preferred Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related healthcare field Proven track record in a clinical radiation oncology environment Other Requirements: No local candidates within 50 miles; remote candidates only Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM for 13-week assignments Willingness to travel and receive travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $53.60, along with comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
