Job Description

Radiation Therapy TechJoin our dedicated healthcare team as a Radiation Therapy Tech and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through advanced cancer treatment. This essential role involves delivering precise radiation therapy, working closely with oncology teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiation therapy or a related specialty
Proficiency with radiation treatment planning and delivery
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid and current radiation therapy certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced radiation therapy technologies or equipment
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Prior experience working in a fast-paced oncology setting
Additional certifications such as ARRT or state-specific licensure

Preferred Education and Experience:

Certification as a Radiation Therapy Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in radiation oncology

Other Requirements:

No local candidates within 50 miles of the location
Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
12-week assignment with a schedule of approximately 13-24 patients per day
Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
Current BLS certification from AHA
