Role Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technicican) at Missoula Bone & Joint, you support accurate orthopedic imaging across clinic rooms and the surgery center. You will perform diagnostic x-ray exams and assist with C-arm imaging, while maintaining clear documentation and consistent safety and quality standards.Key responsibilities include:- Producing high-quality images using fixed x-ray equipment and OEC Elite C-arms- Preparing patients, confirming orders, and communicating exam steps- Maintaining room readiness, image labeling, and required recordsRequired qualifications/skills:- Montana Limited or Permanent X-Ray Tech License- ARRT CertifiedIf you value precision, steady teamwork, and a professional environment, apply today for this X-Ray Technicican opportunity.

Your Typical Shift

Your day as an X-Ray Technicican moves between clinic imaging and surgery center coverage, depending on the schedule (variable days Monday–Saturday). You’ll rotate with another tech in the x-ray room, keep pace in a busy orthopedic setting, and rely on consistent processes to stay organized. Throughout the shift, you’ll work with standard GE and auto-positioning Samsung rooms, then transition to intraoperative workflow with GE OEC Elite C-arms. You’ll coordinate closely with providers and staff, keep patients informed, and stay detail-focused as volumes change across the day.
