Job Description

Location Detail: 100 Grand Street New Britain (10126)

Shift Detail: Every Monday and Thursday 8a-4:30p. Every other weekend 7:30a-4p. On-call and holiday rotations.

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is actively hiring  Radiologic Technologists across all hours and shifts to join their dynamic team in New Britain, Connecticut. Whether you're a new graduate completing your Radiography program or an experienced Radiologic Technologist, we want to speak with you!

Position Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
  • State of Connecticut Radiographer license
  • ARRT certification in Radiography (obtained within 120 days of graduation for new graduates)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
