- 0700-1730 5 weekday/week & 1 weekendMUST HAVE STRUCTUAL HEART!ACCEPTS 1ST TIME TRAVELERSUNIT DETAILS: Rooms: 4 Caseload: 3cases per room Pt. Population: Adults
- Geriatrics Scrubs: Provided Unit Description: 3 cath lab procedure rooms and 1 dedicated EP lab. Procedure Types: Cardiac cath and intervention, structural heart (TAVR/Mitraclip/Watchman), peripheral vascular angiography and intervention. EP ablations and device implants REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ARRT,Fluoro Permit REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - - Minimum 2 year experience in Cath Lab, Structural Heart and EP REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Surgery/C-Arm Procedures
- Scrub
- PACS - Fluoroscopy Studies
- Stents/Angioplasty/Angiograms
- Peripheral Upper/Lower Extremities Vascular/Venous/Studies Please Note: RTO should be submitted prior to start of contract.Facility Name: PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital Unit:Shift:Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Overtime Multiplier: 48 total hours in 1 week : 1.5% Double Time Multiplier: 12 total hours in a day : 2% Charge Nurse: On Call: Call Back: 1.5% Holiday: 1.5% Observed Holidays: Thanksgiving: Falls Within: 7:00 PM day before
