SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: 151-bed community hospital with two CT scanners located in close proximity to the Emergency department. The HMC CT department performs a variety of exams to include but is not limited to general scans, biopsies/drains, cardiac imaging, radiation treatment planning, and scans for research. The department has fixed Siemens Definition and Force scanners.

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC REQUIRED, McKesson

UNIT ORIENTATION: Corporate orientation (Epic training) is 1 day and facility orientation with a preceptor is 3 days (approximately 64 hours).The expected start date is based on Novant s schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability.
