JOB DETAILS:Ratios: 1:3Shift: 10 hrs 0700-1800Call Requirement: Yes; Call is at least one night a week and 4th weekendFloat Requirement: Yes; If needed to sister pre/post unitsWeekend Requirement: On call rotation only every 4-5 weeks; high volume/high call use teamUNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis; EPIC; SBAR
