Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS, CCI or ARDMS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Diagnoses including but not limited to Chest pain, SOB, Heart failure, Valvular disease; TEE, Structural heart procedures, TD 100 probe cleaner and Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment Ratio / Census: 1:7 during the week; 1:3 on weekends Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Red RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every third weekend Floating: Yes, providing services at different locations, IP/OP, etc. Call Requirements: Yes, possibly 1-2 shifts in a 6 week period Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. CLINICAL SCREEN - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
